硕士第一学期结束后，我和同学去了梨大附近的顺熙餐厅（순희다이닝，Sunhui Dining）。午餐时间队伍排到了楼梯下方，不过队伍退得比较快，菜也很快就上来了。

我点了两份36小时熟成辣味豚丼（매콤 부타동）和一份肉末堆高排骨饭（소보로 고봉 갈비밥），每一份都加了肉。辣味豚丼里有看起来像干辣椒一样的辣椒，不过对我来说并不算很辣。

把蛋黄、洋葱和辣椒拌进饭里一起吃，加了肉后分量感觉很足。肉像是炭火烤过一样，清淡又香，没有腥膻味，很干净。
