5to7圣水本店位于圣水和首尔林之间，在圣水看完快闪店逛完，再走到首尔林那边逛设计师品牌店后来这里休息，路线刚刚好！！从首尔林站过来的话，5号出口步行10分钟以内就能到啦:)

一进门灯光和氛围就超对我的胃口，简直是踩中我审美的咖啡厅..ㅠㅠㅠ 其实光是「5to7」这个名字就满满是感性。内部更安静、更治愈！平日下午去人不多，感觉更棒了:)

座位角角落落也很多种，随手一拍都好看，看到了吗？木色调装修配上温暖的灯光真的太喜欢了ㅎㅎ

还有2楼，感觉就算周末来座位也会挺多的。不过视野也好、空间也大，感觉位子应该会很快被坐满。

这个竹子灯真的戳中我的喜好点。下雨的平日来，外面淅淅沥沥下着雨，灯光下有郁郁葱葱的树景，真的是超级治愈的咖啡厅..!

另外让我惊讶的是，5to7是以舒芙蕾出名来的，但咖啡也很特别。他们卖用摩卡壶（moka pot）萃取的咖啡，是意大利常用的煮咖啡方式，在韩国还是第一次见到，觉得很特别。

这里怎么拍都好看+_+ 舒芙蕾和咖啡上桌了。舒芙蕾大约10分钟后上来，比想象中没等太久，看起来是有烘烤时机的！舒芙蕾松饼上面蓬蓬地覆盖着奶油，这个画面感直接完胜。山竹也放了超级多？！

### 山竹舒芙蕾松饼

用勺子挖了一勺，蓬松的口感本身就很惊艳。感觉叠了差不多3层。分量也多真的很棒ㅋㅋㅎㅎ 不过入口后是真的柔软地化开、带蛋香的舒芙蕾面包，一口接一口停不下来！！

舒芙蕾松饼上撒了柠檬皮屑！这个增添了清爽感，本来可能会觉得蛋香有点重，但多亏了柠檬皮屑，跟山竹搭配起来更协调了!?

山竹在东南亚吃真的会让人惊艳。不过果然是韩国的山竹，没有很甜、反而带点酸味！清爽是清爽，但下次想尝尝无花果或其他当季水果的舒芙蕾松饼ㅎㅎ

这款舒芙蕾松饼本身的面包体真的很好吃！蓬松又不会太甜的奶油完全覆盖，味道很协调。好久没在圣水洞吃到这么好吃的舒芙蕾了ㅎㅎ

### 摩卡壶美式咖啡 & 荷兰美式咖啡

画面感上舒芙蕾完胜，但其实我心中真正的隐藏赢家反而是咖啡!! 美式咖啡可以选热/冰两种，两种都超对我的口味。热的摩卡壶美式咖啡，跟手冲或萃取咖啡不太一样，带点烘烤香、没有酸味、味道很干净，太好喝了让我还想再喝一杯；冰的荷兰美式咖啡则荷兰咖啡的香气若隐若现，喝起来清爽又好喝!!!
