## 钟阁站一炙牛光化门店，提前预约就不用排队

因为在光化门附近要去看展览，找美食的时候发现了一炙牛！！！听说首尔站也有一家，这里是第一次来。虽然也有Catch Table，但提前用Naver预约过来的话就没有排队！

牛排定食！！能看出跟其他连锁店不一样的地方，有辣椒酱和黄油，还有酱油腌卷心菜？这个也真的很好吃。而且牛排切得相当厚！！

下饭元凶。日式咖喱太好吃了……ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ还配有蒜片所以更好吃，非常适合当作配菜！推荐！！！！！

## 在火炉上直接烤肉的小技巧

一开始没放黄油，一样一样地烤来吃。先烤了牛肉排蘸盐吃，太好吃了•••🫪能按自己想要的熟度即时烤熟来吃，这是最大的优点！！然后又烤了牛排……其实一般的牛排会更薄，前后各稍微烤一下就能吃，但一炙牛的牛排相当厚，要充分烤熟才行！！虽然会多花点时间，但能吃到更多肉汁四溢的口感，这也是优点～～总之小技巧！！要比一般的牛排烤得更久一点再吃！！！！！

### 用黄油烤着吃

这次要试试用黄油烤来吃，伊斯尼加盐黄油这个真的很好吃的……！！！！！！

把黄油化开后，牛肉排也烤一烤，牛排也烤一烤来吃呵呵

+))个人口味的话，原本烤牛肉的时候不太用黄油，只在烤芦笋时才用黄油吃，所以这次只薄薄涂一点黄油反而更好吃！！！！！要是完全不放黄油，牛排就会一直粘在铁板上还容易烤焦ㅠㅠㅠㅠ有黄油真的太太好了！！！！！

然后……这个怎么这么好吃……那个卷心菜沙拉和……酱油腌泡菜……拜托续了一份之后，给了满满一大盘……！！ㅠㅠ

+))一炙牛光化门店的优点！！！！店员很多，需要什么都能马上说出来。烤的时候火灭了两次，都请他们帮忙重新点火，还有夹子和剪刀……等等……都非常亲切！！吃得很满足呵呵
