可能是因为守着同一个位置超过32年了吧，一进门就能感受到这里与众不同的氛围。

## 从大林站步行而来的老店氛围

从大林站步行5分钟就能到，招牌上的红色霓虹灯特别显眼，找起来不难。店门口贴着好几张上过节目的记录和美食店认证贴纸，期待值一下就上来了。店内不算华丽，但有老字号特有的舒服氛围，也有不少上了年纪的客人，老顾客的感觉扑面而来。

价格和一般烤肠店的行情差不多，而且可以按单人份点，就算一个人来应该也没什么负担。这里的蒜香烤肠好像特别有名，但我不能吃蒜，实在太可惜了，所以点了综合烤肠和五花肉。

这里居然还有地坐式餐桌，真的很有老派美食店的氛围呢。

## 很丰盛的基础小菜摆盘

坐下后，基础小菜陆续上桌。有胡萝卜、辣黄瓜、蒜等包菜类配菜，香油盐蘸料和醋辣酱，两盘拌韭菜，还有肝和牛百叶，组合相当丰富。以烤肠店来说，小菜种类算多的，看得出每样食材都花了心思！！

## 综合烤肠和五花肉的味道

烤盘上放着小肠、大肠和皱胃，用把油脂充分逼出来的方式烤，所以没那么腻。店员还会亲自用剪刀剪好，完全不用自己动手，轻轻松松吃就行了。杏鲍菇和洋葱也一起烤，十分有效地压住了烤肠的腥味。把拌韭菜和烤肠一起包着吃，完全不腻，忍不住一口接一口。

我们还点了五花肉，味道完全不输“烤肠名店”这个称号，五花肉也很好吃！

## 烤肠几乎没有腥味的原因

其实去烤肠店前最担心的就是腥味，但这家应该是预处理得很仔细，几乎感觉不到腥味。无论稍微蘸点香油盐，还是蘸醋辣酱吃得辣一点，两种都很干净清爽。尤其大肠切得厚实，咀嚼感很明确；小肠相对柔软，两个部位交替着吃很有意思。

## 满满海苔粉炒饭收尾

吃完烤肠后，用剩下的油做炒饭收尾，我觉得这真是店里的招牌。海苔粉一点都不省，满满铺上去，香气一下子散开；米粒每一颗都像裹着油炒过一样，肉眼可见。韭菜和海苔放得满满的炒饭，满意到想单独打包带走。

最棒的是不咸，随手一口接一口吃起来太舒服了！

想吃烤肠时，这家金家烤肠真的很适合聚餐。这次又被证明了：上了年纪客人多的地方就是美食店。最喜欢的是没有腥味，而且吃多也不腻的感觉！无论聚餐还是约会都完全合适！！
