首尔站美食一智牛（이치규，Ichigyu）从外观就透着干净利落的感觉。离首尔站很近，搭火车前后顺路来很方便，出差或旅行途中想简单吃顿饭也很合适。

从首尔站2号出口方向步行就能到，交通也很赞！！！不愧是首尔站美食，位置真的很好。我是从首尔站走过来的，感觉不到5分钟就到了。店在LG大楼地下！搭里面的扶梯下来就行。

## 适合一人吃饭和团体聚餐的氛围

我真的很喜欢这种有情调的装修，像是到了日本当地的牛排炸排专门店，特别喜欢。温暖的氛围正中我心，一人吃饭很好，和一群人来也没问题的格局，随时来吃都推荐。

## 牛排炸排套餐和配菜组合

我点了牛排炸排套餐，哈哈。除了牛排炸排，还有很多单点菜、咖喱、牛排等，点几样一起吃应该也不错。其实很想配一杯麒麟生啤一起吃，但ㅠㅠㅠㅠ忍住了。

厚切牛肉炸排中间，鲜明的粉色肉汁都看得到吧！！？这是我至今吃过的牛排炸排里颜色最好看的，看着就觉得会超级超级嫩。

米饭另外装得满满的，配上的一碗米饭、卷心菜丝、柚子醋酱、芥末也很齐全，能用好多种方式吃，看得出很用心。米饭想加的话会提供，供大家参考！分量本来就给得很足，肯定能吃饱 :))

## 在小石板上按喜好烤着吃的牛排炸排

再看也觉得油花闪闪、纽约客部位特别诱人。这家的亮点就是自己放到烤炉上烤着吃。每个座位都有小石板，可以按喜好稍微烤一下，外脆里嫩地享受。说实话，这是我至今吃过最嫩的牛排炸排，所以还想再来吃。

先稍微半熟地吃，再慢慢烤得更熟，两种口感都能感受到，特别好。而且还给了黄油，香味更足了。用黄油把外层烤脆来吃，简直入口即化ㅠㅠ真的推荐。

最重要的是，我喜欢放满满的芥末来吃，和白米饭一起吃简直绝了。个人觉得把外层烤脆后，这样配芥末一大口吃最美味，推荐这个组合，哈哈。
