大家好！我因为工作，每周末都要去首尔一趟！不过上周老公和宝宝突然给我来了个惊喜，跑来接我了🥹 所以时间比较宽裕，正好又是午饭时间，就在汉城大附近找好吃的，结果去了钟路3街！

开车过去大概15分钟，距离挺近的，一查发现钟路3街有一家以员工代烤、还以用料好出名的烤肉店！

参돼짓간之所以是钟路五花肉名店，理由就是——肉！的！品！质！🐷 实际上参돼짓간使用的是品质优良的智异山黑猪肉和宝城绿豚猪肉，一进店门内部就能看到肉类专用冰箱，光看肉的状态就能感受到品质好！大概正因为有信心，才把冰箱放在门口吧 哈哈

我们点了宝城绿豚真五花肉、花颈肉，还点了水冷面和炒饭作为配菜！参돼짓간用真炭烤制，使用的是特制不溅油烤盘，实际上真的不溅油，整个用餐过程都很舒适，让我印象深刻！

写这篇文章的时候正好是空腹状态，更加受不了了 哈哈哈 因为是尝过的味道，更加折磨人🥹 肉和蘑菇、青阳椒、土豆一起放上烤盘，员工会全部帮忙烤好！真的想吃五花肉一定要去有代烤服务的店！！！因为专业人士烤出来的味道确实不一样……

哎呀……连薄冰都结得恰到好处的清凉水冷面，一口配五花肉，真的没什么好说的了……♥️ 面条劲道，清脆芳香的黄瓜让口腔变得清爽，五花肉也就吃得停不下来。

来——现在只需要把烤好的五花肉配上水芹、豆芽、泡菜，按自己的口味吃就好了……！！！
