一年里我最开心的时刻，大概就是宣告夏天结束的凉风吹来时吧。今天也照例在江南站吃晚饭，去了我和Mumu先生都喜欢的江南站韩餐店——모아 강남（Moa Gangnam）。这里很适合排进约会行程，要办请柬聚会之类的活动也不错。

这次是第二次来모아 강남（Moa Gangnam）。从江南站11号出口走5～10分钟就到，沿着New Balance那条巷子一直往上走便能发现。

上次大约6点30分到时，好像排了很长的队。可以用Tableing取号，店里也准备了等候椅；不过还是建议提前通过Naver预约再来！

店家标示无法停车。如果是自驾前来，据说可以使用附近的驿三文化公园第2号公共停车场，每5分钟₩300。

店内空间相当宽敞。晚上8点30分左右到时，空位也很多。不会太暗也不会太亮，舒适又干净的氛围呀。

## 韩式与西式之间的融合菜单

菜单如下！可以理解成韩式与西式的融合料理。我上次来吃了辣番茄韩牛芝士排骨饼、紫苏油腌海鲜意面，还有海藻海螺烩饭。

辣番茄韩牛芝士排骨饼微微带辣，感觉像搭配法棍吃的炖菜。

这次一样点了紫苏油腌海鲜意面和海藻海螺烩饭，又想试试新菜，所以加点了香菜青酱猪颈肉。

这就是紫苏油腌海鲜意面。菜单名取得也太好了吧。紫苏油＋腌海鲜＋苏子叶，全都是我喜欢的东西呀。既然是招牌，果然真的很好吃！

和苏子叶拌匀吃，香浓又咸鲜，是感觉大家都会喜欢的意面。中间不时嚼到章鱼的口感也特别有趣。

## 香菜青酱猪颈肉的搭配

接着是香菜青酱猪颈肉。猪颈肉怎么可能会失手嘛……

猪颈肉脂肪比较多，可能会有点腻，但配上用香菜做的奇米丘里酱（chimichurri）一起吃，酸爽又很搭。再搭配芥末、盐、全粒芥末和Moa的特制酱，能吃到更丰富的味道呀。

## 连躲着海藻的人都吃得很香的烩饭

最后一道是海藻海螺烩饭。这道是Mumu先生强力推荐的菜单。原本我绝对不吃海藻……平时对外总说自己什么都吃的我，少数不会主动找来吃的食材，海藻就是其中之一。

这份海藻海螺烩饭没有特别突出海藻让人不喜欢的口感或气味，感觉大概像海带，所以还吃得下。啊不，不是还吃得下，是吃得超级香（哇啊）。

高中时吃海藻刀切面（매생이 칼국수）受到冲击后，连碰都不碰海藻的我，又被这份海藻烩饭震撼了一次。没想到真的特别搭。

看起来份量不少，但我们两个人把三道菜全都扫光啦。

记得上次好像是圣诞节前后预约来访的，正值年末，当时有很多约会的情侣，也记得有不少人在办年末聚会。上次吃得太满意，还说以后再来吧！这次因着这份记忆来访，感觉期间又多了好多新菜单。

下次来一定也想试试大酱阿兰奇尼（아란치니），辣味比目鱼荞麦面也超级好奇。下面留下主厨推荐菜单，如果你正烦恼该点什么，可以参考一下哦。
