因为要在宣陵站附近一个人吃饭，就去吃了鳗鱼盖饭，去了'深木（만목）'！去日本旅行的时候本想吃鳗鱼盖饭，结果最后没吃成，带着遗憾回来了ㅠㅠ 所以这次更是带着期待的心情去了深木，从宣陵站步行只要5分钟，位置非常方便。

进店之前看到立式招牌就已经开始期待了。晚餐菜单里还有火锅类和特制烤鳗鱼，晚上配一杯酒一起吃应该也很美味～🥰 我是白天去的，决定就吃鳗鱼盖饭！

## 在高档日式餐厅一个人吃饭，感觉如何

第一次在这么高档的日式餐厅独自用餐，多少有点紧张，但工作人员非常亲切地引导，让人可以放松地一个人吃饭☺️ 靠窗那边有可以一人食的座位，一个人吃鳗鱼盖饭完全没问题。也有团体座位，适合聚会！我被安排在四人桌，一个人宽敞地享用了整张桌子。

鳗鱼盖饭可以根据个人喜好从半份到一份半自由选择，这点很不错👍 我在半份和一份之间认真纠结了一番，因为食量不算大，最后决定点半份！菜单后面还有酒水单和评价活动，写评价可以免费喝生啤💛 一边吃鳗鱼盖饭一边白天小酌该多好啊……可惜我之后还有安排，没能喝啤酒，只吃了饭就回去了ㅜ

淋着芝麻酱汁的沙拉、搭配鳗鱼的配菜、茶碗蒸（茶碗蒸/차완무시），以及铺着半份鳗鱼的盖饭和清汤组合在一起。茶碗蒸很嫩滑，里面还放了虾，作为开胃菜很不错。

### 关东式鳗鱼的口感与半份分量

据说是关东式做法，先蒸一次再烤，不过我其实对鳗鱼不太懂……哈哈 不管是怎么烤的，只要合我的口味就行，鳗鱼皮酥脆，里面湿润多汁，转眼间就被我吃光了。刚端上来的时候还觉得量是不是有点少，但吃着吃着肚子渐渐饱了，以女生的食量来说半份刚刚好。

鳗鱼下面铺着淋了酱汁的米饭和海苔，咸淡也刚刚好，从头到尾都能吃得很满足。米饭上放上鳗鱼再抹一点芥末，简直是最棒的味道。在日本没吃到鳗鱼盖饭的遗憾一扫而空。很快就把鳗鱼盖饭吃完了，接着来吃甜点。

甜点是冰淇淋，红茶味和抹茶味二选一。红茶味冰淇淋是第一次见，觉得很特别就选了红茶味。冰淇淋也这样装在盘子里端上来，直到最后都有种被款待的感觉。我平时不太喜欢浓郁的红茶味，但这个不会太浓，甜度也刚刚好，连冰淇淋都吃得很满足！

如果想在宣陵站一个人有格调地被好好款待用餐，推荐深木（만목）的鳗鱼盖饭。
