今天特地去了传说中按摩手法很好的一家店，虽然是隔壁社区的松坡区……没错！就是深河内足体（더하노이풋앤바디）松坡加乐店。

一开始只是随意预约了芳香精油60分钟，结果先说结论：太舒服了，最后延长到80分钟才结束……！简直太棒了！！！特地跑到隔壁社区一点都不觉得亏，哈哈。

而且居然还看到了我超喜欢的孙兴慜选手的签名？！在这里遇见又是一阵惊喜！！

空间也分隔得很私密，不用在意其他人，可以很放松地接受护理，这点很喜欢。

## 从足浴和去角质开始的芳香精油护理

这里正如“足体”之名，一开始是从足浴开始的。

把脚泡在蓝色的水中放松身心，一边喝茶一边疗愈，时间一下子就过去了。

足浴结束后，会恰到好处地做一次去角质，之后就能神清气爽地去接受按摩了。

这时候还会选按摩用的芳香精油。我选了对肌肉酸痛有帮助的香型。

护理前先轻松换好衣服，正式开始了芳香精油护理。我在按摩时比起力度太轻，更喜欢有一定分量的扎实力度。

## 力度扎实却不疼，肩膀和骨盆护理

而今天负责护理的赵老师力度正好是我喜欢的类型。并不是我指定的，完全是幸运撞上！力道扎实地按压，但不是一味用力弄疼，僵硬的部位会被好好放松开，却又不至于让身体因为疼而绷紧！

这一点其实比想象中重要得多。力度太大的话，虽然当下感觉很爽，但身体会不自觉地紧绷起来，而赵老师会适当调节力度，让人可以很放松地接受护理。

尤其是肩膀和骨盆护理我特别喜欢。我平时肩膀经常很僵硬，按摩时也会很在意肩部的护理，力道扎实地按压把僵硬的地方推开，整个过程一直觉得“啊，这里真的好舒服”。

不过个人觉得更惊艳的是骨盆护理！骨盆部位我在很多按摩店都做过，但已经很久没有感受过这么舒服的了。有种把堵塞很久的部位深深打开的感觉？是在其他地方从未感受过的畅快，所以让我特别印象深刻。

## 60分钟与80分钟的区别，加做锁骨护理

所以60分钟护理快结束的时候，感觉时间过得太快了。“想再多做一会儿……”正好赵老师时间也可以，于是立刻延长到了80分钟！

60分钟和80分钟的区别在于，60分钟只做背面护理，而80分钟会加做腹部护理或锁骨（데콜테）护理。老师说我肩膀前侧肌肉收缩得比较严重，于是我加做了锁骨护理。

结果证明这是个非常正确的选择。80分钟从容地接受护理后走出来，感觉身体轻松了不少，尤其是一直很在意的肩膀变得非常舒服，满意度很高。感觉像长了翅膀一样轻松~

社区离我住的地方挺远的？本来是抱着体验的心态过来的，结果太满意了，甚至萌生了办会员卡长期光顾的想法。按摩店最终还是要遇到适合自己的老师才行，而赵老师的护理正好非常适合我。

## 适合什么样的人

如果你喜欢力度扎实的按摩，但不喜欢太疼的手法，又或者是像肩膀、骨盆这样平时容易僵硬的部位比较多的人，都可以来体验一下。而且以这样的品质加上这个时长，这个价格对我来说算是很划算了！

如果你正在找松坡按摩或加乐洞按摩，也请记住深河内足体（더하노이풋앤바디）松坡加乐店。下次再来的话，我打算一开始就预约80分钟，而且如果可能的话，还想再次让赵老师给我做护理。
