下班路上就在想明天午餐要吃什麼，我是尹家老么。週末是紓解平日壓力的寶貴時光，跟朋友約在新道林或九老站附近見面時，總會煩惱要去哪裡吃什麼。尤其如果有人開車來，就會先找有停車場的地方。所以這次去了地下停車方便、又能吃到美味直火辣炒豬腳與菜包肉的九老站美食店——The Jokbal新道林本店（더족발 신도림본점），寫下這篇心得。

店面位於1樓，很容易找到。走進店內完全沒有壓迫感，感覺乾淨清爽。

內部空間不算特別寬敞,但整潔有序。一側有牆面隔出的空間,拿來聚餐或聚會也很合適。

我們想吃辣味與菜包肉,所以點了可以同時吃到直火辣炒豬腳與菜包肉的A套餐,還有蕎麥涼麵。順帶一提,The Jokbal可以吃到擁有30年資歷的朝鮮飯店主廚以飯店手法重新詮釋的料理,自2012年開業至今已穩定經營16年。

這是吃A套餐與蕎麥涼麵時拍的影片。我平常大多是叫外送吃豬腳和涼麵,但在店裡現吃,麵條沒有變硬,吃起來更美味。

## A套餐（直火辣豬腳＋菜包肉）與蕎麥涼麵（小）

我們點的菜色——辣味十足的直火辣炒豬腳、軟嫩的菜包肉,以及吃豬腳絕對少不了的蕎麥涼麵都上桌了。店家堅持每天進國產2等級生豬腳、當天水煮、當天售完的原則,豬腳的光澤格外不同。

直火辣炒豬腳配著年糕和辣椒一起上桌,光看就覺得辣;菜包肉看起來則相當軟嫩。

菜包肉搭配附上的泡菜一起吃會更美味。個人覺得泡菜不會太辣也不會太淡,很合我的口味。

### 直火辣豬腳的辣度與炭火香如何？

我想吃辣,所以先吃了豬腳。一入口就散發出讓人心情愉悅的炭火香氣,同時帶出提振食慾的辣味。完全沒有腥味,豬皮Q彈,瘦肉也不柴,讓人一直想再夾一口。

菜包肉配著蕎麥涼麵一起吃,菜包肉香濃多汁的肉汁與濕潤口感,和泡菜的爽脆形成很好的搭配。

菜包肉雖然好吃,但對我來說辣豬腳更合口味,這比想像中還要更辣一些。

確實菜包肉比起單獨吃,搭配蔬菜和蕎麥涼麵一起吃,能感受到更豐富多層次的滋味,相當滿意。
