滑 YouTube 時突然像收到吃貨神諭一樣，超想吃泰式蟹肉咖哩（푸팟퐁커리）……於是就去了聖水這間泰式料理美食店 Soi Nana！

## 在聖水遇見東南亞氛圍

這裡是聖水還是泰國啊。

店裡還有戶外桌，是一間很喜歡那種剛剛好的東南亞異國感的地方 🌴 天氣好、微風吹拂時，在戶外桌吃泰式蟹肉咖哩、越式烤肉米線（분짜）和河粉等泰式料理，感覺就像來旅行一樣 ☀️ 兩隻可愛的水豚，是戶外桌座位的魅力所在。

窗邊景色才是亮點。在涼爽的推拉窗旁，很適合享受異國氛圍。聽說這個座位也可以帶狗狗同行喔 🐶 但猛犬可能會受限，務必事先確認！

在聖水吃泰式料理、營造好心情的 Soi Nana，氛圍真的好美 💛 很像去東南亞旅行時，曾在這種感覺的在地河粉店吃過飯；有旅行的感覺，真不錯。

## 訂位後用平板點的餐點

我事先在 Naver Booking 訂位，所以到店時桌面都設好了。餐具也以一次性包裝收好，衛生又不錯。小盤子和水杯也很可愛。

每桌都能用平板點餐。我點了河粉、越式烤肉米線和泰式蟹肉咖哩！Soi Nana 的泰式蟹肉咖哩搭配炸蟹殼一起吃很有名，真心推薦一定要試試！

## 嫩牛肉河粉

湯頭根本是補湯耶。濃醇鮮美卻不鹹，吃起來完全沒有負擔。裡面還有青江菜、蒜酥和豆芽菜。

嫩牛肉也切得厚實又軟嫩，口感很好。經過長時間低溫燉煮的軟嫩牛肉給得滿滿，太喜歡了。還能加香菜，香菜控請尖叫～🌴💚 我超喜歡河粉加滿滿香菜，香氣十足哈哈。加點的香菜會另外盛裝，分著吃也很方便。

## 還搭配蔬菜春捲的越式烤肉米線

去東南亞旅行時，除了湯河粉之外最讓我覺得好吃的食物就是越式烤肉米線；Soi Nana 的這道也很豐盛、組合超棒。還有蔬菜春捲，連炸物都能吃到，賺到了。

把酸香醬汁倒進米線裡拌勻，再和炭烤肉、蔬菜一起吃，就是超好吃組合 💚 蔬菜很新鮮，酸香米線也讓人食慾大開。和湯河粉是完全不同的魅力。清爽酸甜的米線配上充滿炭火香的肉，有種特別料理的感覺，吃得很滿足。

## 配炸蟹一起吃的泰式蟹肉咖哩

這就是首爾聖水泰式料理美食店 Soi Nana 用大盤盛上的泰式蟹肉咖哩。份量是 1.5 人份，給得很大方，讓人非常滿意。濃厚奶油咖哩醬的稠度也很喜歡。

還會附上鋪了蒜片的飯。炸蟹酥脆又濃香，和泰式蟹肉咖哩醬一起吃，柔滑又超好吃！和一般咖哩確實不同，口感柔和，蟹的鮮味也格外突出 💛 椰奶與雞蛋的柔和滋味和咖哩很搭；我本來就喜歡咖哩，如果你還沒吃過泰式蟹肉咖哩，真心希望一定要到聖水這間泰式料理美食店 Soi Nana 試一次 ㅎㅅㅎ
