週六晚上在弘大約會，突然很想吃烤貝配上一杯冰涼的燒啤，於是就去了「Hawaii Clam弘大店（하와이조개 홍대점）」。

週末的弘大原本還擔心要排隊，還好完全沒等就直接入座了。這不是那種在海邊吵吵鬧鬧的烤貝店，而是能在市中心舒適享用的用餐體驗，我用生動的照片來整理一下這篇心得。

## 弘大烤貝店的用餐氛圍如何？

總共分兩盤上桌，海鮮陣容非常豐富。最先佔據烤盤中央的是碩大的起司帆立貝，貝肉上鋪滿香濃的起司和辣椒醬，和有嚼勁的貝柱搭配得天衣無縫。

接著還有張大口的碩大蛤蜊、佔滿烤盤一角的淡菜，以及整隻烤來吃、口感Q彈的整隻魷魚，配置相當豐富多元。

除了貝類之外，還附上裝在錫箔紙裡香甜的玉米起司，以及辣甜口味的辣炒年糕和義大利麵，剛好化解只吃海鮮的單調感。

我們吃完烤貝後很想喝點辣辣的湯，於是選了열라면。在鹹香的烤盤上煮出彈牙的拉麵，再夾一口附餐的爽脆泡菜放上去，用碳水化合物飽足又辣勁十足地收尾，感覺非常好。我們煮了兩碗來吃！！
