結束婚禮禮服試穿後突然很想吃肉，找著找著就發現了초벌집 압구정로데오점（Chobeoljip Apgujeong Rodeo Branch）。這裡還能營造戶外酒館的氛圍，感覺天氣再涼一點就會非常多人呢。

## 狎鷗亭羅德奧的戶外酒館風烤肉店

這間是狎鷗亭羅德奧的新餐廳초벌집（Chobeoljip，預烤之家）。廣津區、南楊州也有分店，但這裡帶有戶外酒館的氛圍，感覺週五下班後或週末來會更有氣氛。我去的時候天氣還有點熱，所以坐在室內的桌位。

店家距離狎鷗亭羅德奧站6號出口90公尺，因為就在代客停車櫃檯附近，可以₩5,000交車停放。

## 機器人預烤與點餐方式

店內有幫忙烤肉的機器人。它會先把肉預烤得很香，之後在烤盤前再稍微烤一下就好，吃起來方便多了。

點餐只要掃描桌角的QR Code、進入連結即可；先點餐，離開時再一次結帳的方式。

這是基本擺設，鹽、芥末和包飯醬不是共用，而是每人各一份，這點很不錯。

包肉蔬菜有紫蘇葉和生菜兩種，還會附上泡菜、豆芽與醃漬小菜，

店員還特地推薦我們把泡菜和豆芽烤來吃，說會很好吃。

## 三人吃的帶骨五花肉與嫩豆腐鍋

我們三個人來，先點了帶骨五花肉。黏在骨頭上的瘦肉，意外地很好吃不是嗎？

五花肉旁邊也一起烤了皺皮辣椒和菇類。

店員也把泡菜切成方便入口的大小，再幫我們烤好。

因為機器人會用合適的溫度與技巧先預烤，感覺肉在烤盤上很快就熟了。第一盤肉全由店員幫忙烤，後來加點的肉則是我們自己烤。

一起點的配菜是嫩豆腐鍋（순두부찌개）。裝在像炒碼麵碗的器皿裡，份量很多又帶勁香辣，配飯剛剛好。
