今天要分享的是一間氛圍超美、料理擺盤也完美的西式美食店的探店心得✨ 好久沒找到這麼真心喜歡的地方，心情超好地去了一趟！！！！！！！那就是希利特（희릿）！！！

後方看得到的庭院和樹木氛圍實在太有質感了，讓人忍不住一直拍照📸 來訪的話一定要在這裡拍張照！照片真的很好看喔ㅎㅎ

座位比想像中多！天氣好的時候在戶外用餐也很棒，拿來當喜帖聚會（청모）的地點也很合適！！

一上桌就被壓倒性的視覺效果驚豔的玫瑰醬茄子蝦！整條大茄子完整呈現，拍起來也超美！！！！

把茄子從中間對切開來，裡面滿滿塞著剁碎的蝦肉，完全沒有空隙。茄子軟嫩多汁的口感和彈牙的蝦肉搭配得恰到好處。

底層鋪的玫瑰醬濃郁香醇卻不油膩，把醬料大量淋在茄子和蝦肉上一起吃，滿口都是層次豐富的香氣。就算平常不太吃茄子的人，這道菜應該也完全沒有雷點、吃得很開心👍 來訪的話一定要點的招牌菜！！！！！！！

### 章魚羅美斯科（뽈뽀，23,000韓元）

光聽名字就勾起好奇心的뽈뽀，據說是以煙燻手工羅美斯科醬為基底的特色料理！在帶著淡淡煙燻香氣的濃郁羅美斯科醬上，鋪滿了烤得金黃的章魚、玉米粒和馬鈴薯。章魚完全不會硬，Q彈又柔軟，口感非常好吃！

這裡再加上顆粒爆漿的玉米甜味和馬鈴薯的清爽，跟醬料融合在一起，吃起來完全不會膩，可以一直吃下去！

剛烤好、外皮酥脆的法棍上面淋了一點橄欖油和撒了些巴西里，沾著玫瑰醬吃的話，胃口整個被打開的感覺！還想再吃一次啊ㅠㅠ！

氛圍：氛圍實在太好了，很適合當約會行程，也很適合跟朋友一起悠閒地享用美食。

味道：不是常見的西式菜色，而是希利特獨有的特別菜單，吃起來更加滿足！

小撇步：把食前麵包留一點，一定要沾梅蘭扎尼（멜란자네）肉醬或義大利麵奶油醬吃看看，是絕配！
