### 從小菜開始就精緻用心

我們點了招牌菜化덕生魚燒烤定食（兩人份38,000韓元）。點完餐稍等了一下，乾淨的餐具上陸續擺上一道道精緻小菜~每道小菜都能看出滿滿心意，光看就讓人心情愉悅。

小菜調味不會太重，剛剛好，讓人不停夾著吃。尤其是香噴噴炒的菇菇拌菜，以及口感清脆的黑芝麻蓮藕燒烤，完全對到我的胃口👍主餐都還沒上桌，就快被小菜填飽肚子了ㅋㅋ

烤得金黃焦香的魚，配上剛煮好的砂鍋飯、熱騰騰的海帶湯以及各式小菜擺滿整桌。份量豐盛到讓人忍不住驚呼，桌腳都快撐不住了ㅎㅎ莫名有種被款待的感覺，覺得帶父母來這裡也非常合適。

## 剛煮好、熱騰騰的砂鍋飯

而且不是一般的白飯，而是剛煮好熱呼呼的砂鍋飯，感覺特別不一樣。一掀開鍋蓋，撲鼻而來的是誘人的米飯香氣，熱氣裊裊升起，米粒既有黏性又粒粒分明，光吃飯就很美味！

## 超過500度窯烤而成的生魚燒烤

肥厚飽滿的大魚整整三尾滿滿地擺在盤子上。據說是用超過500度的高溫窯爐烤製而成，難怪外皮酥脆、內部依然保持濕潤多汁^^而且貼心地在下方設置保溫爐，讓人從頭吃到尾都能享用熱騰騰的美味，這份細膩用心真的很讚。

服務人員把跟魚一起上桌的檸檬片擠出汁液，輕輕淋在魚肉上！檸檬清爽的香氣淡淡滲入，把魚的腥味完全去除了ㅋㅋ清淡的魚肉多了一層鮮美，吃起來更加清爽高級。

魚肉軟嫩多汁到什麼程度呢，筷子輕輕一碰就能順著紋理輕鬆剝下！平常嫌挑魚刺麻煩而不太吃烤魚的人，在這裡也能吃得很輕鬆自在。

魚肉肥厚飽滿，夾了一大塊鋪滿飯上一起吃。魚肉不油不膩、口感清爽，調味也恰到好處，是老少咸宜、幾乎沒人會不喜歡的味道！

## 以砂鍋鍋巴做清爽收尾

吃砂鍋飯絕對不能少的必備環節就是這個鍋巴啦ㅋㅋㅋ在事先盛出的飯快吃完時，把之前倒入熱水的鍋子打開，就能做出香噴噴的鍋巴熟水。喝下溫熱香濃的鍋巴湯，口腔瞬間變得清爽，腸胃也很舒服~~

把香噴噴的鍋巴湯乾乾淨淨喝完後，整頓飯吃得心情愉快又飽足🤍完全沒有腸胃負擔，健康又扎實地填飽了肚子，滿意度非常高。
