去清州玩想吃點好吃的，一邊想著「城安街附近有沒有吃飯的地方啊～」一邊找，最後找到了這裡。

## 週末12點半的城安街 Momo Lab 是什麼氛圍？

店內比想像中人多，看來是滿受歡迎的地方呢。Momo Lab是同時有牛肉炸豬排和牛排菜單的日式餐廳。原本是來吃牛肉炸豬排的，結果看到有牛排菜單，我就點了牛排，老公點了牛肉炸豬排。

點完餐後會先送上餐前飲料（五味子茶），一邊喝一邊看牆上貼的美味吃法說明～聊著聊著，餐點很快就上桌了。

牛肉炸豬排外層果然炸得酥脆～吃牛肉炸豬排時，親手調整裡面熟度的樂趣不是很棒嗎？這裡也是用迷你火爐讓你依照喜好烤來吃的方式。

一開始先原味嚐了一口，接著一點一點放到火爐上烤，我個人覺得稍微烤過最好吃。

外酥內軟的口感保留得很好，喜歡牛肉炸豬排的人一定會滿意這個味道！而且最棒的是，因為就在眼前一點一點烤來吃，可以一直吃到最後都是溫熱的。

## 最讓人好奇的炭火烤牛排吃起來如何？

接著是一起點的炭火現烤牛排。老實說這是那天我最好奇的菜色，結果也真的非常好吃。

牛排一樣是一點一點放到火爐上烤，依自己喜歡的熟度調整，可以邊調整邊享受烤肉的樂趣。

## 炸牛排＋牛排一起點，兩人吃更滿足

如果說牛肉炸豬排是酥脆軟嫩的口感，那牛排則更能享受肉本身的肉香和嚼勁。和老公兩個人一起吃，比起只點一份牛肉炸豬排，點牛肉炸豬排＋炭火現烤牛排的組合明顯更滿足。

雖然兩道都是肉類菜色，但吃起來的感覺不一樣，所以不會膩。我們是去清州玩順道造訪的，本來沒抱太大期待，結果牛肉炸豬排和牛排都很好吃。

特別是Momo Lab，與其說是單純吃牛肉炸豬排的地方，不如想成是「去享受親手在火爐上烤肉的樂趣」，這樣的心態會更契合。週末12點半左右造訪時座位幾乎坐滿，吃過之後就明白為什麼大家都愛來了。
