我接受的是運動按摩60分鐘，採乾式手法，把背部、腰部、骨盆與雙腿等全身都按摩了一遍。過程中有點覺得痛，但按摩完出來，身體明顯輕盈許多，累積的疲勞感也消失了。我一說痛，管理師就會相應地調整力道，真的很感謝。
