是那種躺著也能賺錢回來的人。

最近要持續產出的各種內容與企劃工作堆積如山，身體自然而然變得僵硬痠痛，日復一日。昨天還去蠶室看了一場很棒的秀，說實話中間有些鬆散或無聊的時刻，我還忍不住拿起手機構思、製作講稿，滿腦子都是工作的事。

就這樣馬不停蹄地奔跑，身體的疲勞感沉甸甸地累積下來，明明幾天前才痛快地做過一次足底按摩，卻不知為何又忍不住一直想再去按摩，實在忍不住了。

於是這次果斷前往以「水內站按摩」聞名的The Foot Shop 水內站店。一走進店門口，第一個念頭就是「這是飯店開的分店嗎？」內裝非常現代、精緻。按摩這個領域本身需求穩定、找的人也多，業界內競爭勢必激烈，看到這樣的品牌不斷升級與進化空間的作法，身為同樣創業做生意的人，也受到不少正向的刺激。

## 空間漂亮，護理前就已經療癒

當然按摩店的本質，最重要的還是按摩師的手法與技術這是沒錯的。但走進這種讓眼睛感到愉悅、精緻又有質感的空間，還沒開始接受護理，心情就已經變得明亮，自然而然感到療癒。當然這種高級的內裝需要成本，也會反映在服務價格上，但站在顧客的立場，「同樣的價格不如挑漂亮的」，在這麼美的地方接受護理，滿意度真的高出不少。

基本上是為了休息才來的地方，能保持這麼安靜真的很好。按摩當然最重要，跟按摩師的默契很重要，但偶爾聊天聊得起勁也是一種樂趣。那樣就太好了。我自己的話，常常被阿姨們特別疼愛（？）呵

前幾天搭地鐵時，看到一群70幾歲的阿嬤穿著「英雄時代」T恤精神抖擻地走著呵呵。不知道是粉絲還是工作人員，不對，應該不是工作人員吧，70幾歲的工作人員應該不會有……林英雄我雖然不太熟，但總之感覺很不錯呢！

還有，如果是同性別的男性師傅幫我做足部按摩會有點尷尬；；

## 單腳緊繃部位集中要求，然後就睡著了

最近特別覺得一邊腳的肌肉一直緊繃、拉扯的感覺，所以這次特別跟按摩師說明，拜託她集中處理那個部位、重點式地放鬆。

The Foot Shop 雖然有基本的流程指引，但店主們似乎個別也能稍微發揮一下自己的手法功力。

舒服地躺在引導入座的護理床上，感受著溫暖的氣息，簡直像天堂一樣。用專業的手法輕柔地按摩整隻腳，準確找到緊繃的部位輕輕揉按幾下，不知不覺全身的緊張都放鬆下來，就這樣陷入了極樂昏睡般的深眠。
