## 為什麼在東灘找重慶式火鍋

這是我很熟的公司同事推薦的美食店，老重慶火鍋（라오충칭훠궈）！我本來就愛吃火鍋，加上超級愛吃辣，聽說是賣重慶式火鍋的店，真的一直很想來看看！！我甚至每天都在看中國重慶的旅遊資訊，因為聽說在中國，比起以辣聞名的四川，重慶其實更辣！！所以一直想來東灘這家賣重慶式火鍋的老重慶火鍋，終於如願以償～

來到了東灘第一火鍋店老重慶火鍋。停車的話停東灘帕拉貢地下停車場就可以了。進去的入口路有點窄，差點嚇到眼淚都要飆出來，不過停車場空間很大，還算OK……

平日很晚的時間來，居然客人還很多！！而且還備有包廂，感覺很適合各種聚會！！

聽說比重慶火鍋更辣的成都麻辣紅湯，分初級、中級、高手辣度中的最辣「高手」辣度！！但比想像中不辣，後來還特地要求再加辣**哈哈 這種程度的話重慶火鍋真的男女老少都能吃了吧？

放在冰塊上新鮮上桌的火鍋肉！應該是因為點了特大份量，吃火鍋的時候肉也能吃得很夠，超讚的……！

覺得番茄湯配雞蛋麵一定很好吃就點了＞結論是番茄湯配雞蛋麵超級無敵好吃。還有我們最愛的菇類哈哈 食材感覺真的很新鮮

### 綜合蔬菜

綜合蔬菜裡面還重複有一個香菇！哈哈 連那個也乾乾淨淨吃光光哈哈哈 還有豆芽菜、蓮藕、青江菜、大白菜、茼蒿！一般火鍋通常給的是綠豆芽，出現黃豆芽這點覺得很新奇。不過配番茄湯超級合……可以說是神來一筆……

## 番茄湯濃郁，紅湯加辣椒炸彈

辛辣的麻辣味和濃郁湯底加上各種食材原本的味道融合在一起，這個味道真的很棒火鍋。怎麼能忍得住？！我個人也很喜歡番茄湯，不過韓國火鍋店的番茄湯風格通常都太清淡……所以成功率不高，但老重慶火鍋的番茄湯真的很~~濃很好吃。一直用湯匙舀番茄湯來喝，太好吃了；

成都麻辣紅湯雖然是高手辣度，但對我們這種嗜辣鬼來說完全不辣……！要求加辣後拿到的辣椒炸彈哈哈哈哈哈哈 加進去吃之後喔，終於有點辛辣感了，超讚

番茄湯也沒有被冷落地吃光光了。試試看把雞蛋麵放進番茄湯裡吧。真的會體驗到新世界。想出這個組合的另一半我真的要誇獎兩百次。麵放進去讓番茄湯變得更濃稠，變得更好吃……而且番茄湯配豆芽菜真的超級合

把湯喝下去真的超級解酒。另一半原本對番茄湯也沒抱期待，結果吃了直呼太好吃了嘻嘻 真的有高級火鍋的感覺，食材品質好、湯底濃郁香氣足＋食材種類豐富，一切都很完美的東灘老重慶火鍋～♥
