壓鴨亭羅德奧美食店People the Terrace（피플더테라스）是清潭圈的餐酒館，這篇是晚餐後的心得分享。好久沒在壓鴨亭羅德奧一帶吃晚餐了 :) 那天想在氣氛好的地方吃義大利麵或燉飯類的菜色，找著找著就發現了People the Terrace。清潭一帶漂亮的餐酒館真的很多，常常猶豫要去哪，不過這裡菜色豐富、氣氛也不錯，很適合吃晚餐。

## 辣椒醬奶油培根蛋麵好吃嗎？

第一個吃到的是辣椒醬奶油培根蛋麵。據說是用鳳淑辣椒醬做成的辣椒醬奶油，加上濃郁奶油做成的義大利麵。

跟一般的培根蛋麵確實感覺不同。辣椒醬特有的味道若隱若現，不會只有油膩感，還帶點微微的鮮味。

奶油醬濃稠地裹在麵條上，連醬汁也會忍不住一起吃光。平常喜歡奶油義大利麵的人，這道會是不錯的新體驗。

## 酥脆炸雞桶值得點嗎？

接著是像配菜一樣一起點的炸雞桶 🍗 據說是美式風格的手工炸雞，比想像中還酥脆好吃。

外皮酥脆、內部多汁，單吃就很好吃，沾附上的醬料一起吃又是另一番滋味。我對這種炸雞會特別在意醬料好不好吃，附上的醬料也很合我的口味。如果只吃義大利麵或燉飯可能會有點單調，中間穿插吃一塊炸雞，搭配起來也不錯 ㅎㅎ

## 最好吃的蘑菇奶油松露燉飯

這天我吃得最滿意的菜色就是蘑菇奶油松露燉飯&牛排。據說是用牛肝菌奶油炒各種蘑菇，再放上韓牛1++牛排的燉飯。

首先蘑菇香氣濃郁這點就很喜歡。奶油醬與燉飯融合得很好，帶有香濃又醇厚的味道，再加上蘑菇一起，風味相當不錯。上面放的牛排也可以一起吃，一盤裡能感受到多層次的味道。三種菜都吃過一輪，我個人覺得燉飯最好吃！特別是喜歡蘑菇的人，應該會相當滿意這道菜 :)
