## 卡斯特拉怎麼保存？材料售罄要注意什麼

店裡貼有美味享用的方法，所以拍下保存方法和食用建議供大家參考。因為是大王卡斯提拉，通常不會一次吃完，建議事先了解保存方法！冷藏約可放6天，冷凍約可放1個月。若已經切開食用，建議盡快吃完。

可惜我去的那天，只能選擇生乳霜卡斯提拉或原味卡斯提拉其中一種。如果有想吃的特定口味，建議事先致電確認後再前往！可能因材料售罄而無法購買。

## 為什麼選奧利奧鮮奶油卡斯特拉

生乳霜卡斯提拉可以半半點餐。另外也可以加購生乳霜，或更換生乳霜卡斯提拉裡的奶霜口味。我和男友猶豫了一下，因為喜歡咬到奧利奧餅乾的口感，所以直接從菜單上選了奧利奧奶霜。除此之外奶霜口味還很多，有原味生乳霜、巧克力、奧利奧、蓮花餅乾（Lotus）、黃豆粉（인절미）、鹹焦糖、蘋果肉桂、伯爵茶。

也一起外帶了兩杯要搭配生乳霜卡斯提拉喝的飲料。選了冰美式和草莓拿鐵，因為生乳霜卡斯提拉很甜，搭配冰美式喝起來比較清爽，感覺是不錯的組合。店裡還有其他飲料，可以依個人喜好一起購買享用。

## 帶回家吃奧利奧鮮奶油卡斯特拉的實際口感

把從真心卡斯提拉金浦九來店買回來的東西帶回家開箱了。

因為是生乳霜卡斯提拉，奶霜放得非常多。因為是卡斯提拉蛋糕，帶回家的路上稍微出現了一些皺褶，這點有點可惜，不過整體上蛋糕的外觀還算不錯。這下明白為什麼大家會推薦它當作九來洞的送禮答禮品了。

因為是奧利奧生乳霜，和原味生乳霜相比甜味不太一樣，是不常見卻很好吃的味道。奧利奧生乳霜這麼好吃，讓人開始好奇其他口味吃起來會是怎樣。男友試吃後也說比想像中更好吃。就算是平常不太喜歡麵包的人，應該也會喜歡這款大王卡斯提拉。

口感方面，一般麵包店的小尺寸卡斯提拉雖然也算柔軟，但偏向有點鬆散又濕潤的感覺；相較之下，真心卡斯提拉則是既濕潤又柔軟。

我平常就滿喜歡麵包，一直很想來吃吃看，這天終於成行，不過俗話說出門遇上倒楣事，偏偏那天遇到材料售罄，沒能買到其他口味，有點可惜。當時是週末下午5點左右去的，結果沒有了。如果真的有很想吃的口味，看來事前打電話確認真的有必要。不過真心卡斯提拉的麵包真的又軟又好吃，還想再吃吃看巧克力口味，回購意願大概有70%。
