最近去了仁川西海區廳美食厄普廚房（어푸키친，Eopu Kitchen）！真的好久沒吃義式料理了呢～原本沒抱太大期待就出發，結果竟然找到人生美食店，來寫寫我的真實心得！

## 厄普廚房的位置與營業時間

位在西海區石南洞、西海區廳附近喔！

週二至週日 11:00～21:00，週一固定公休❌，最後點餐時間是 20:30。

### 要停在哪裡呢？

店門口沒有另外設停車場，所以我停在附近的公營停車場！走到厄普廚房大約要 7 分鐘唷。

名字雖然叫停車塔，但其實不是塔，是一棟四層樓的停車場！停車空間很寬，價格感覺也算便宜。（1 小時 ₩1,200）

可以透過 Naver 預約。

聽說還曾獲仁川廣域市西區義式料理類別優良評價，也登上過美食指南！而且厄普廚房是孕婦友善優惠店，給孕婦的福利還不少呢～

## 寬敞桌距的木質綠意裝潢

一走進店裡，就覺得木質、綠意的裝潢氛圍真的好棒！桌子尺寸大、間距也寬，那種舒適感……～馬上就能感受到乾淨又舒適的空間。

我到了幾分鐘後又來了幾組客人，店內維持恰到好處的安靜，很適合聊天。尤其桌子很寬，感覺帶小孩來也方便；洗手間在店內！

店內另有飲料冰箱，準備了各式葡萄酒、飲料，還有小朋友能喝的品項呢！

我們是來吃早午餐的，當然就點了午餐套餐！選了義大利麵套餐，點了橄欖油蒜香義大利麵／鮮蝦奶油燉飯／凱薩沙拉（蒜味醬）／邦達伯格／青葡萄氣泡飲。燉飯和飲料須加價，3 道餐點加 2 杯飲料總共是 ₩48,000 唷。

飲料也有美式咖啡耶。早午餐吃料理再配咖啡👍……而且咖啡不用另外加價喔！價格真的很合理。看著菜單還說，這裡老闆也太有良心做生意了吧……～哈哈哈

### 蒜味醬凱薩沙拉

這份凱薩沙拉完全不像一般的凱薩沙拉，份量超級多。有各式綠葉蔬菜，而且很新鮮！

尤其我選的蒜味醬根本是亮點啊……👍有優格醬的濃稠感，又帶著蒜香，搭得太好了。還撒上格拉娜帕達諾起司，完美！沙拉配蒜味醬和起司一起吃，就是這個呀…………🥹 如果點凱薩沙拉，務必試試蒜味醬！

### 不膩口的鮮蝦奶油燉飯

我每次點燉飯前都會擔心會不會太膩，但這份完全不膩，還有點微辣，真的好好吃！！第一口就愛上了……🤩 米粒也沒有煮得太爛，熟度剛剛好。

裡面還有超大隻的蝦，也能感覺到用的是很新鮮、品質好的蝦。個頭大又飽滿彈牙，最～棒了……⭐️

老闆完全不手軟地放滿食材……吃著吃著，我這個愛多管閒事的人竟開始擔心老闆是不是太有良心做生意了。就是那種對料理很用心，價格卻超值的感覺！！

### 份量十足的橄欖油蒜香義大利麵與飲料

還用說嗎，橄欖油蒜香義大利麵當然也好吃，而且是我吃過份量最多的一盤。老闆的良心生意到底沒有極限嗎……

青葡萄氣泡飲／邦達伯格。店家自製的氣泡飲也好喝。氣泡飲上放著檸檬和那片葉子的細緻感……能感受到每一樣端給客人的東西都不是隨便出餐，而是全都用心照顧到！

每道料理整體都好吃，份量超值、價格合理，完全能感受到老闆真心實在地做生意！雖然沒有停車位，要停在別處再走一小段路有些不便，但即使如此仍是會再訪的店！美味、氛圍和價格都很棒的厄普廚房唷。
