這次去仁川松島時順道去吃了好吃的壽司，來到Sushi Doku The Songdo！搜尋松島壽司美食時經常看到這間店，一直很好奇，實際造訪後發現果然人氣店是有原因的！！！

我是在週末上午時段前往的！本來想說週末應該可以比較悠閒地吃，結果一到達就已經在候位了😂 果然美食店不分平日、週末都會有候位的樣子！尤其是越接近午餐時間人潮越多的氛圍，如果打算前往的話建議稍微提早去，或事先確認是否能預約再前往會比較好！

點了明品壽司定食！不是單純只有壽司出來，而是可以搭配定食一起享用，作為一餐來說算是不錯的選擇。加上剛炸好、酥脆又溫熱的炸物與熱湯料理一起作為配菜端上桌，讓人不只是單純吃一餐，而是有種被好好款待的感覺！食材的新鮮度和料理的乾淨程度都很不一樣，擺盤也很整齊，拍照效果也超讚。🤍

平常都是把壽司沾醬油吃，但這裡有另外附上像刷子一樣的工具，可以用刷子把醬油刷在壽司上吃，這點覺得很方便也很不錯！

組成也相當豐富，從第一貫到最後像甜點一樣的料理都很不錯！！新鮮當季生魚片厚厚地鋪在壽司上，與飯的比例剛剛好，越嚼越能感受到鮮甜的旨味擴散開來。！

## 用餐後的感想

本來想說是人氣很旺、有候位的店，可能會有點忙亂，結果店員都很有耐心地引導，應對也很親切，讓我可以愉快地用餐！👍🏻 下次再來的話想試試看其他壽司定食菜單:) 週末可能會有候位，建議大家稍微預留寬裕時間再前往！
