好久沒有到首爾走走了ㅋㅋ位在合井站步行可到的距離的派雷是一間居酒屋，因為真的很好吃而小有名氣！之前偶然知道這間店，這次終於有機會來吃真的超開心ㅋㅋ

因為人氣蠻高的，居然還有另外的候位名單！?幸好我去的時候候位人數不多，很快就進場了ㅋㅋ

人氣菜色種類蠻多的，有海鞘生魚片、比目魚生魚片、花枝生魚片、炸鮑魚內臟醬、水芹蝦煎餅、韓牛生拌肉配海膽、頂級三倍體生蠔、母梭子蟹生拌或清蒸，種類非常豐富！

因為有只有當季才能吃到的菜色，能享受這種限定下酒菜的感覺真的很有魅力！

店裡有吧台座位和一般桌位！中間還放了航海王公仔ㅋㅋㅋ看著蠻有趣的，而且因為是開放式廚房，能親眼看到食材處理得非常乾淨，衛生方面用起來真的很安心！

炸蝦頭真的酥脆到不行，明明是炸物卻完全不油膩，滿滿的香氣讓人非常滿足！點生蝦生魚片就會附上這道，感覺像是招待的服務菜ㅋㅋ真的很棒ㅋㅋ

蛤蜊酒飯吃完真的有種解酒的感覺！！真的清爽又帶點微辣過癮的味道，非常非常好吃。蛤蜊個頭也挺大，口感Q彈，真的絕了……

味噌酒飯我吃過很多次，但蛤蜊酒飯我還是第一次吃耶？為什麼其他地方都沒有呢，難道是因為派雷（빼레）獨此一家嗎ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ真的非常非常好吃，吃完馬上就有解酒的感覺，這一點超棒的ㅋㅋ

半半生蝦生魚片上桌時還會附上白泡菜和海苔！60,000韓元的價格其實可能會覺得偏貴，不過生蝦生魚片原本就大概是這個價位……ㅋㅋㅋ蝦子本身就不便宜，所以我覺得這個價格算合理。

一半是生蝦，一半是拌了醬料的蝦生魚片，我平常通常只吃生蝦生魚片，從來沒吃過調味過的版本？沒想到恰到好處的辣味與醬料真的搭配得天衣無縫。

肥美的蝦肉口感依然活跳跳，同時又能享受到醬料的風味，真的很讚。有種像是全新版本蝦醬蟹的感覺ㅋㅋ真的很好吃ㅜㅜ

我本來就很喜歡生蝦生魚片，只是抱著大概會好吃的模糊期待去的，結果真的超級無敵好吃，滿滿的蝦子特有甘甜和鮮味真的太棒了。不管怎麼吃都好吃ㅜㅜ

在合井想找好吃的居酒屋，絕對可以無條件推薦派雷！我真的非常非常滿意地回家了。這次吃的是生蝦生魚片，既然是生魚片名店，下次應該要再訪、多吃一些生魚片菜色ㅋㅋ

味道真的非常令人滿意，氣氛也很好，完全推薦當作約會地點呵呵。
