5to7聖水本店位於聖水和首爾林之間，所以在聖水看完快閃店逛累了，再過來首爾林這邊看設計師品牌店、然後在咖啡廳休息，剛好是很完美的路線！！從首爾林站過來的話，5號出口走10分鐘以內就能到:)

一進去燈光和氛圍就超級戳中我的喜好啊……ㅠㅠㅠ說真的連咖啡廳名字都充滿情懷，5to7。內部氛圍更安靜、更療癒！！平日午後來訪人不多，感覺更棒:)

座位角落到角落都很多樣，隨便拍都很好看對吧？木質色調的裝潢配上溫暖的燈光真的很棒ㅎㅎ

還有2樓，就算週末來也應該有不少座位。不過視野好又寬敞，位置感覺會很快被坐滿。

這個竹製燈飾超戳中我的喜好。下雨的平日造訪，外頭細雨綿綿，燈光下有著茂密的樹景，真的是超療癒的咖啡廳……！

另外讓我驚訝的是，本來是為了舒芙蕾名店而來的5to7，咖啡竟然也很特別。這裡賣用摩卡壺沖泡的咖啡，是義大利常用的沖泡方式，在韓國第一次看到，覺得很特別。

芒果竹舒芙蕾第一次看到，感覺像是夏季限定甜點所以就點了。然後咖啡選了摩卡壺沖泡的美式。喝了之後真的很香醇好喝，強烈推薦……ㅎㅎ

而且5to7也是曾上過節目的首爾六大舒芙蕾鬆餅名店之一！！鬆軟的舒芙蕾真的很好吃……ㅎㅎ

這裡怎麼拍都很好看+_+舒芙蕾和咖啡都上桌了。舒芙蕾大概10分鐘後才出來，比想像中沒那麼久，感覺是抓烤製時機出餐的！首先舒芙蕾鬆餅上覆蓋著蓬鬆的奶油，視覺完全大獲全勝。芒果竹也放了超多！？

### 芒果竹舒芙蕾鬆餅

用叉子挖下去，就是徹底鬆軟的口感本身。感覺疊了大概三層。份量也很多，很讓人開心ㅋㅋㅎㅎ但送進嘴裡的時候，真的是溫柔化開的、帶著蛋香的舒芙蕾麵包，一口接一口就吃完了！！

被視覺迷住，拍了好多張照片。這裡真的很推薦給想拍IG的人！！照片超好拍也超好吃……如果在找聖水氛圍咖啡廳，完全就是這裡！！

舒芙蕾鬆餅上面撒了檸檬皮屑！這增添了清爽感，不然蛋香有時候會顯得有點重，多虧了檸檬皮屑，跟芒果竹也搭得更好了！？

芒果竹在東南亞吃真的會讓人驚艷。不過確實韓國的芒果竹沒那麼甜、偏酸一些！清爽是不錯，但下次想試試無花果或其他季節水果口味的舒芙蕾鬆餅ㅎㅎ

這個舒芙蕾鬆餅的麵包本身真的很好吃！鬆軟又不會太甜的奶油整個覆蓋上去，滋味協調。好久沒在聖水洞吃到這麼好吃的舒芙蕾了ㅎㅎ

### 摩卡壺美式 & 荷蘭美式

視覺上舒芙蕾完全大勝，但其實我心中的隱藏冠軍反而是咖啡！！美式咖啡可以選熱／冰兩種，兩種都超戳中我的喜好。溫熱的摩卡壺美式和手沖或萃取咖啡不同，帶點香醇、沒有酸味、口感清爽，真的太好喝了，還想再喝一杯；冰的荷蘭美式則飄著淡淡的荷蘭咖啡香氣，喝起來涼爽又好喝！！！

✅ 喜歡的地方——咖啡廳氛圍超讚。溫暖的燈光很漂亮，安靜又舒服。咖啡好喝，舒芙蕾更是沒話說。甜點加咖啡兩者都好吃的咖啡廳！！
