這是我在水原站最喜歡的烤肉店쏘삼208。已經是三訪、四訪的常客了，只要想在水原站吃烤肉，自然而然就會想到這裡。這次也吃得超~滿足，想來推薦給大家！

### 連米線都有的基本小菜，可用平板續加

쏘삼208的基本小菜相當豐盛，特別喜歡有附上米線這一點。吃肉前先吃點溫熱的米線，還搭配了明太魚野菜（명이나물）一起配肉吃，很不錯。小菜不夠時可以直接用桌上的平板點餐機續加，不用特地叫店員，很方便！

### 烤泡菜、鳳梨與起司鍋的組合

鐵板燒熱到一定程度後，店員會一起放上泡菜、鳳梨和豆腐。一直吃肉容易膩，中途搭配烤泡菜或鳳梨一起吃，會清爽很多。這裡的起司鍋一定要加點！把肉沾著起司吃又是另一種風味，每次來都會想點的菜色。

聽說쏘삼208這個名字的意思，是指用208度來烤肉。實際上在烤肉之前，店員真的會親自確認鐵板的溫度後再開始烤。綜合拼盤可以一次吃到五花肉、梅花肉、天梯肉，想均衡品嚐各個部位時很適合點這一份。

最方便的是這裡有代烤服務。店員會從頭到尾把肉烤得恰到好處，完全不用自己費心顧火。👍

我在쏘삼208最喜歡的就是芥末醬（와사비장）。搭配肉一起沾著吃，能解膩又能瞬間提升鮮味，個人認為這就是這家店的殺手鐧。

## 最後一道：牛胸肉大醬湯與黑米飯

點了黑米飯和大醬湯，湯裡竟然還加了牛胸肉，吃完肉後作為收尾正好合適。

吃著飯又想再吃點肉，於是加點了吃起來最滿足的天梯肉1人份。口感Q彈又香濃，個人覺得在綜合拼盤裡，天梯肉最合我的胃口。

如果在水原站找烤肉店，從停車、預約到代烤服務都能輕鬆搞定的쏘삼208很值得推薦。店面本身規模不小，座位相當寬敞，桌與桌之間也留有充足的間距，即使在人多的時段用餐也算舒適。加上烤肉可以交給店員負責，能專心享受用餐，這點也很不錯。想在水原站找團體聚會地點的朋友，也很推薦這裡～
