在新論峴站一帶作為韓式小吃老字號盤踞已久的덕자네방앗간（Deokjane Bangatgan，德子家的磨坊）。大概15年前第一次去，哈哈，當時店面真的很小，沒位子坐，想吃新論峴站辣炒年糕都不容易呢。從那時起就已經是有名的美食店，後來還上了電視，店面也愈擴愈大的新論峴辣炒年糕名店。

## 粗厚條狀米年糕辣炒年糕

就像덕자네방앗간這個店名一樣，這家的招牌就是粗厚的條狀米年糕辣炒年糕。那種像是剛從磨坊現擠出來般柔軟又Q彈的年糕，真的很好吃。我本來是小麥年糕派，但덕자네방앗간的年糕真的像年糕店賣的條狀年糕，所以即使是米年糕也超好吃耶。

## 辣炒年糕、紫菜飯捲與套餐

辣炒年糕是招牌菜。又長又胖的魚板，也可以單點只吃魚板。近來很多紫菜飯捲店歇業，在新論峴站要找紫菜飯捲很不容易；덕자네방앗간的紫菜飯捲價格不錯，品項也多，所以很喜歡。還有可以同時吃辣炒年糕和紫菜飯捲、很適合多人一起去點的套餐。

## 不放魚板、只要年糕的辣炒年糕

這次去時，我點了在덕자네방앗간從沒吃過的炸豬排。當然也點了絕對必點的덕자네방앗간辣炒年糕。原本點一份辣炒年糕，會有4條粗條狀年糕和2條長魚板，但這次我請店家不要魚板、只放年糕。

## 只有內用才吃得到的馬鈴薯泥

在店內吃辣炒年糕時，店家會在上面放一大匙馬鈴薯泥。它有點像冰淇淋般綿滑又帶甜味，和微辣的辣炒年糕醬汁一起吃剛剛好，呵呵。外帶時不會附馬鈴薯泥ㅠㅠ，所以是只有內用才能嚐到的特別吃法。

醬料甜甜辣辣，還加了一些蒜末，能感受到大蒜辛香；覺得辣時用馬鈴薯泥安撫一下，搭配得正好，呵呵。

### 4條條狀年糕的扎實份量

原本一份辣炒年糕有4條年糕、2條魚板，剛開始聽到只有4條年糕時，還想說什麼，年糕怎麼只給4條ㅠㅠ，但這年糕真的又胖又大！！！若以一般米年糕的大小來分，足足有5個的份量。吃著吃著真的很有飽足感，也會飽到不行。

## 10,000韓元的韓式小吃店風炸豬排

덕자네방앗간的炸豬排是10,000韓元，是韓式小吃店風格，沙拉給得很大方，還有玉米和焗豆。炸豬排本身的尺寸也真的很大，而且是淋上醬汁端上來的。

份量大又只要10,000韓元，CP值真的很好；不過和韓式小吃店炸豬排一樣，是用絞肉製作，味道就是普通的韓式小吃店炸豬排味，呵呵。

點餐就會附上一碗份量滿滿的湯，味道也讓人忍不住一直喝，呵呵。果然不是沒有原因會以新論峴站美食店聞名呢。

## 肚子餓時很適合去的新論峴韓式小吃店

餐具也維持得很衛生，醬料和醃蘿蔔都能輕鬆自行取用。店內空間大、翻桌也快，肚子餓時隨時都很適合去。從新論峴的小小辣炒年糕店開始、店面逐漸擴大的덕자네방앗간，一直都是人氣辣炒年糕名店；附近有事要去的話，不妨去吃吃看。尤其大力推薦給米年糕派。
