## 廚房間海雲臺店在哪裡？營業時間與位置

廚房間海雲臺店（부엌간 해운대점）是位於釜山海雲臺區迎月路117番那街200號建築2樓的西餐廳。營業時間為每日11:00-21:00，休息時段15:00-16:30，最後點餐時間為20:30。

沿著冬柏村（동백촌）的上坡路走，要是說「（舊）山水湯」，除了當地居民大概沒人知道吧？（笑）

在希爾斯泰特維夫（힐스테이트 위브）前方，有一棟建築裡以「廚房間」品牌同時經營烘焙坊、西餐廳和中餐廳！西餐廳位於2樓，從建築右側玄雨珊瑚公寓（현우산호맨션）那邊的樓梯上來就能到達廚房間入口！請別和烘焙坊搞混囉，烘焙坊正準備擴大重新開幕，目前尚未營業。

停車可利用廚房間烘焙坊旁的停車場，或建築後方的地下停車場。大眾交通需搭乘村巴，但發車間隔較長，搭乘不太方便。當地居民寧願用等車的時間直接走過去。不過……有時候還是會遇到痛快秀……（笑）

## 店內氛圍與座位、可不可以自帶酒水？

廚房間海雲臺店的用餐大廳分為兩個空間，座位種類也很多樣。店內比想像中寬敞舒適。

兩個空間氛圍各不相同，靠內側的座位因為有預約或正值午餐時段的關係，已經客滿了。

如果說內側是暖黃色的溫馨氛圍，靠近店門口這一側則是木質色調搭配綠意的沉靜氣氛。這次選在有靠背沙發和半圓桌的座位用餐❕❕反而更好❔🛋️過了一會兒，這個空間的座位也一個個坐滿了。

以菲力牛排（200g/400g）為主餐，湯品、用地瓜條取代常見薯條、沙拉、義大利麵、披薩、燉飯、千層麵、麵疙瘩、抓飯（필라프）等多樣菜色一應俱全！

也可以選擇兩杯飲品+沙拉+湯品+披薩+義大利麵的優惠套餐組合（但依菜色組成可能會有加價）。

先上桌的是鮑魚奶油燉飯。這也是我和朋友最好奇的一道菜👀因為天氣熱又肚子餓，在披薩上桌前就先嘗了一口。

濃郁的鮑魚奶油醬裡，米飯保有恰到好處的口感，鹹度也剛剛好很開胃。而炸得酥脆的金針菇更是點睛之筆😋

### 羅勒瑪格麗特披薩：6片一整盤，清爽不膩

羅勒瑪格麗特披薩一份是6片，比一般常見的Regular尺寸略小，雖然應該足夠2-3人吃，但因為瑪格麗特披薩本身不會太厚重，如果是3人一起吃的話，披薩可能就不是主餐，而更像是配菜的角色。味道清爽好吃🍕

啊，等等……吃得津津有味，現在才發現披薩上的主要配料不是羅勒，而是芝麻菜❔❕🤓
