## 從大林站步行可到的老店氛圍

從大林站步行約5分鐘就到了，招牌上的紅色霓虹燈非常顯眼，不難找。店門口貼了好幾張上過節目的紀錄與美食店認證貼紙，讓人更加期待。內部雖不華麗，卻有老店獨有的舒服氣氛，也有年長客人來用餐，常客感十足。

價格和一般烤牛腸店的行情差不多，而且可以一人份點餐，就算一個人來感覺也不會有負擔。這裡的大蒜牛腸似乎很有名，但我不能吃大蒜，實在可惜，所以點了綜合牛腸和五花肉。

這裡很特別，竟然還有盤腿坐的矮桌。滿滿都是那種老派美食店的味道。

## 豐盛的小菜擺盤

一坐下，基本小菜就一道道上桌了。有紅蘿蔔、辣椒、蒜頭等包菜配料，麻油鹽沾醬與辣醋醬、兩盤拌韭菜，還附上肝和牛百葉，搭配相當豐富。以烤牛腸店來說，小菜種類算多，看得出每一樣食材都有用心！！

## 綜合牛腸與五花肉的滋味

烤盤上放了牛小腸、大腸和皺胃，採用把油脂充分逼出的烤法，所以沒那麼膩。店員還會親自用剪刀剪好，完全不用動手，只要舒服地吃就行了。杏鮑菇和洋蔥也一起烤，確實發揮了去除牛腸腥味的作用。把拌韭菜和牛腸一起包著吃，清爽不膩，會讓人一直伸手夾。

我們也一起點了五花肉，味道完全不輸它身為牛腸名店的招牌，五花肉也很好吃！

## 牛腸幾乎沒有腥味的原因

其實去烤牛腸店前，最擔心的就是腥味，但這家或許是事先處理得很仔細，幾乎感覺不到腥味。無論稍微沾麻油鹽醬吃，或沾辣醋醬吃得帶點辣味，兩種都很乾淨俐落。尤其大腸切得厚實，咀嚼口感很明確；牛小腸則相對柔軟，交替著吃很有意思。

## 以滿滿海苔粉炒飯收尾

吃完牛腸後，用剩下的油做炒飯收尾，我覺得這真的是這家的招牌。完全不吝嗇地鋪上滿滿海苔粉，香氣一下子散開，連每一粒飯都裹著油炒過的樣子，肉眼都看得出來。韭菜和海苔放得很多，滿意到讓我想把炒飯單獨外帶回家。

最棒的是它不死鹹，隨意一口接一口吃起來太舒服了！

想吃牛腸時，金家烤牛腸真的是很適合聚餐的地方。年長客人多的地方就是美食店，這次又再次得到驗證啦。最喜歡的還是沒有腥味、怎麼吃都不膩的感覺！不管聚餐或約會都完全剛剛好！！
