最近天氣是不是太誇張了？（P）也太好了吧,,,！！😻😻😻越是這種好天氣，越想吃點更好吃的東西，應該不只我這樣吧？因為天氣好就毫無計畫地出門了！想了好久要吃什麼，看到首爾站附近有間看起來不錯的餐廳就去了，結果很滿意地回來🪽🤍

就是這間叫 윤슬（Yunseul）的涮涮鍋店！托天氣的福，我也突然想吃一桌像是為自己好好準備的料理。健康、講究、乾淨又好吃的那種！！而 Yunseul 這間涮涮鍋餐廳感覺剛剛好 💓

就在首爾站 4 號出口一出來能看見的 Grand Central 大樓 2 樓！位置很適合上班族來。我週末去的時候，有很多家庭或朋友聚會的客人；但平日午餐感覺真的會有超多上班族。可是大家知道吧，平日午餐有上班族會去的店才是真正的美食店啊，哈哈。上班族不會把時間隨便花掉的,,太累了啦,,

光看外觀就是乾淨到不行吧,,,有種它一定會把我照顧得很好的感覺

景觀也太瘋了吧,,,整面落地窗，能原封不動感受好天氣,,,藍藍的天空和綠油油的樹怎麼會這麼好看,,看來我真的上年紀了 🫪🫪

座位很整潔，餐具也很整潔！湯匙和筷子包在一次性包裝裡，看起來很乾淨呢，呵呵呵

我們兩個人來，就簡單點了兩人套餐！涮涮鍋、肉品、兩種飯食、芹菜魚白煎餅和刀切麵，組合是 ₩59,000！

湯底有鯷魚／香椿大醬／香辣三種，我選了看起來最健康的香椿大醬！放了好多香椿，所以清爽又鮮；大醬湯底不鹹，覺得真是選對了🤎🤎

看得出蔬菜有多新鮮嗎？？感覺蔬菜都活著在呼吸。真的超新鮮 🥕🍆🥔🥒🥦🫑🫛這就是我想要的啊！！！

光看就覺得身體變健康，像是被好好照顧的感覺！！！！

準備了三種醬料：甜辣醬／花生醬／辣椒醬油。大醬和花生意外地很搭，我好像蘸它吃最多；也會在辣椒醬油上放一兩片辣椒，吃得更香，呵呵呵。但其實光是大醬湯底就已經很好吃，所以醬料沒有太常蘸啦✌️🙊

## 芹菜魚白煎餅、刀切麵與香草粥

把蔬菜都放進涮涮鍋，等它煮滾的時候，芹菜魚白煎餅上桌了🥗🥗我人生中第一次吃芹菜魚白煎餅。不過我本來就喜歡芹菜，也喜歡魚白，所以想說怎麼可能不好吃才點的，果然啦，哈哈，超級好吃。魚白濃郁香醇，和芹菜清新的草本香氣超級合，推薦一定要點🕺💃

看得到魚白份量很多吧,,！！！這個蘸前面那個醬油醬，再放上辣椒一起吃，直接暈倒🥹🥹

吃煎餅吃到快完時，蔬菜也剛好煮熟了。中間穿插放肉進去，好好享受涮涮鍋 🤍

果然最後就是碳水吧？沒有碳水就覺得不像吃過飯。雖然已經吃得很美味、也很飽了，但裝碳水的胃是另一個胃，所以刀切麵也咕嘟咕嘟煮來吃！

刀切麵吃完後，先舀掉一些湯，請一定要選香草粥（快記下來）來吃。原來香草可以這麼好吃嗎,,,香氣真的好棒,,,我都反省起來了，為什麼以前吃涮涮鍋只想到雞蛋粥呢，哈哈😇😇相信我，務必吃吃看！ （飯食可以選兩種喔！）
