在建大吃飯、約會的時候，餐廳實在太多常常讓人苦惱對吧？我真心想推薦的第N次造訪美食，就是Kosi建大店（코시 건대점）！（比Kosi其他分店還好吃這件事...🤧）

## 菜單雖多，豬排、烏龍麵都不能錯過

個人覺得這裡不是只擅長一道菜，而是豬排和烏龍麵都能好好享用！點了淋醬烏龍麵、起司豬排，還加點了6,000韓元的原味豬排。點餐是在座位上用平板進行的～

麵條的粗度相當明顯吧。麵上撒了蔥花、海苔粉和炸麵渣，還放了一點檸檬，光看賣相就很清爽-✨

高湯是另外附上、自己淋上去吃的方式，所以一開始不用一次全倒，可以依口味慢慢調整份量。

我把Kosi記成建大烏龍麵美食的最大理由還是麵條本身！麵條粗實彈牙，咀嚼時能明確感受到那股彈力。不是那種軟爛容易斷的口感，越嚼越能感受到那份特有的嚼勁。

特別是炸麵渣吸了點高湯後帶出的香氣讓人很喜歡！我這幾次造訪一直都在吃烏龍麵，這次同樣非常滿意

## 起司流瀉而下的起司豬排

這次的主角當然是起司豬排！切開豬排剖面就能看到肉裡滿滿的起司，剛上桌夾起時，起司軟滑到會流下來，非常濃郁。

起司豬排如果起司太硬，吃幾口就容易膩，但這天吃到的相當軟嫩。外層炸得酥脆，裡面是肉，中間夾著溫熱融化的起司，酥脆與柔軟同時並存的組合。這種東西一定要趁熱吃才對味ㅋㅋ

## 加點6,000韓元的原味豬排，加點對了

只吃起司豬排有點意猶未盡，所以又加點了6,000韓元的原味豬排。如果說起司豬排有香濃厚重的魅力，那原味豬排就更適合清爽享用。外層炸衣酥脆，裡面的肉也不會乾柴，很不錯。

沾一點附上的醬汁，就多了熟悉的豬排那種甜鹹風味。吃到中段覺得有點厚重時，撒上附上的喜馬拉雅鹽、山葵一起吃，也超好吃的...！ㅜㅜ 大家一定要試試...

如果是兩人以上一起找建大美食豬排，一起點多道菜分著吃應該也不錯。

## 第N次造訪後的心得：開店後不久去比較好

這不是我第一次來Kosi，而是已經第N次造訪了，多次品嚐下來個人覺得，如果可以的話，配合開店時間前往會比較好！

另外造訪前要注意一點！Kosi有15點到17點的休息時段，如果打算在比較尷尬的時間點前往，建議先確認時間再出發。我個人比較推薦直接配合開店時間造訪～

## 總結評語

烏龍麵或豬排本身就是很適合一個人吃的菜色，加上可以在座位上直接用平板點餐，一人食也毫無負擔！烏龍麵和豬排這兩道菜水準都很高，也會推薦給朋友的一家店。

想在午餐、晚餐吃到美味烏龍麵和豬排的人，建大美食Kosi建大店一定要確認看看ㅎㅎ
