我點的是鰻魚蓋飯一份。整條鰻魚完整地鋪在飯上，一上桌視覺就很滿分。油亮油亮的鰻魚整齊地排在飯上，那個畫面真的太驚豔了！！！🫢

萬睦用能凸顯鰻魚本身風味的關東式手法烹調鰻魚，表面烤得金黃焦香，醬汁也不會過甜或過鹹，這點很喜歡。

先感受到的是鰻魚本身香濃又清爽的味道，之後才慢慢跟上醬汁淡淡的鮮味。如果醬汁味道太重，飯跟鰻魚一起吃到最後往往只記得醬汁的味道，但萬睦讓鰻魚本身的風味留了下來！！

### 意外驚喜的亮點——蘿蔔絲

還有一個我個人在萬睦意外覺得感動的部分，就是附上的蘿蔔絲！！吃鰻魚蓋飯的時候，就算再好吃，中間偶爾還是會想吃點辣、酸、爽脆的東西，蘿蔔絲就完美扮演了這個角色。在濃郁香醇的鰻魚之間夾一口蘿蔔絲，口腔會被整理得很乾淨，之後再吃鰻魚就更順口了！！（名譽韓國人^^）

本來以為一份鰻魚蓋飯對我來說份量會不會太多，但鰻魚跟飯真的太搭了，吃著吃著就一直停不下來。如果是喜歡鰻魚的人，也推薦可以點一份半的份量！！！！！✨

可以在抹茶和紅茶之間選擇，我們兩個各選了一種。我選了抹茶，老公選紅茶，兩種味道都很適合清爽地收尾。
