點餐後不久,炭火就上桌了,小菜也一道道擺上,從基本小菜開始配置就相當紮實。

從我平常很喜歡的辣辣蔥泡菜,到讓人配飯吃不停的醬蟹,小菜端得非常豐盛,肉還沒烤熟就讓人筷子停不下來。再加上新鮮沙拉和爽脆的醃蔥絲,和肉的搭配相當出色。

辣中帶酸的醬料與Q彈的麵條十分搭配,徹底解膩,把油膩的肉味一掃而空。把捨不得吃完的一塊豬排骨包進拌冷麵裡一起吃,成了完美的結尾。
