## 交通方式與電梯搭乘人數注意事項

部엌간 차이니즈 마린시티점位在馬林市海邊辦公大樓的商街2樓，樓內可以停車，走進大樓入口就有直達部엌간的電梯，非常方便。不過電梯能搭乘的人數不多，人多的話要分批搭乘（最多可搭乘6人，建議3~4人為宜）。

這是馬林市美食部엌간 차이니즈 마린시티점的內外部樣貌。跟海雲臺店一樣，會選擇來部엌간的原因之一就是高級的裝潢。在乾淨高級的餐廳裡享用美味料理，心情就是特別好。走進寬敞乾淨的大廳內側，有適合聚餐、相親等聚會的包廂，在裡面的房間可以感受到更精緻溫馨的氛圍，同時欣賞絕美的馬林市與東白島海景。

要找這家店的話，找到位於馬林市盡頭的水邊最高豬肉湯飯就對了，馬林市這一帶其實店家長得都差不多，但一看到1樓的湯飯店，我馬上就確定自己找對地方了。在湯飯店左側的入口處，就能看到馬林市美食部엌간 차이니즈 마린시티점的招牌。

## 圍裙與基本小菜

吃中式料理的必備物品！這裡也有提供圍裙。（我那天海鮮麵湯全都噴到了）茶好像不是茉莉花茶，但確切是什麼茶我也搞不清楚（大概是麥茶吧？）基本小菜提供醃蘿蔔與辣白菜（榨菜）。

## 魚香茄子、麻辣香菜海鮮麵、水波蛋五花間醬麵、鮑魚蝦仁炒飯

魚香茄子是濕潤茄肉與酥脆清爽外皮搭配得恰到好處的菜色，如果要去部엌간 차이니즈 마린시티점，這道菜是我一定要推薦的必點菜品。

麻辣香菜海鮮麵如果你喜歡香菜和麻辣口味，絕對是完美的選擇。裡面的牛肉份量也相當多，我每次同居人吃一口炒飯，我就會夾一片肉放到他湯匙上（笑）。

水波蛋五花間醬麵裡面有五花肉，帶著彈牙又香濃的滋味，是最不會出錯的一道菜。

鮑魚蝦仁炒飯，依同居人的評價來說，覺得以價格來看食材份量稍微少了一些。鮑魚跟蝦仁再多放一點啦！！！

## 適合拍照的用餐時段

那天我是開店第一組客人，所以餐點出得相當快，若客人稍微多一些時餐點會陸續分開上桌，如果想要把所有菜一次到齊拍照，建議選擇客人較少的時段前往。
