因為要在宣陵站附近獨自用餐，所以去了「萬睦（만목）」吃鰻魚蓋飯！去日本旅行的時候本來很想吃鰻魚蓋飯，結果最後沒吃成，帶著遺憾回國了 ㅠㅠ 所以這次來萬睦更是滿懷期待，從宣陵站走過來只要5分鐘，位置真的很方便。

還沒進門，光看到門口立牌就開始心動了。晚餐菜單裡還有鍋物類和特級烤鰻魚，晚上配一杯酒一起吃應該也很棒 ~ 🥰 不過我是白天來的，決定吃鰻魚蓋飯！

## 在高級日式料理店獨自用餐，感覺如何

第一次在這麼高級的日式料理店獨自用餐，多少有點緊張，不過店員們都非常親切地招待，讓一個人也能自在用餐 ☺️ 靠窗有獨食座位，一個人吃鰻魚蓋飯完全沒問題。也有團體座位，很適合聚餐！我被帶到四人桌位，一個人悠閒地佔了整張大桌子。

## 鰻魚份量從半份到一份半都能選

鰻魚蓋飯可以依照個人喜好，從半份選到一份半，這點很不錯 👍 我在半份和一份之間認真考慮了很久，因為食量不算太大，最後決定點半份！菜單後面還有酒類清單和評論活動，只要寫評論就能免費喝生啤酒💛 邊吃鰻魚蓋飯邊喝白天的酒該有多好啊…可惜我之後還有行程，只能單純吃飯沒能喝酒回去了 ㅜ

端上來的是整整齊齊的一桌鰻魚蓋飯，打開蓋子一看，是烤得讓人流口水的鰻魚 ~~ 🍱

淋上芝麻醬的沙拉、搭配鰻魚的小菜們、茶碗蒸，還有鋪上半份鰻魚的蓋飯與清湯，組合非常豐富。茶碗蒸口感軟嫩，裡面還加了蝦仁，當作開胃菜吃起來很不錯。

### 關東式鰻魚口感與半份份量

據說是先用關東式蒸過再烤的鰻魚，不過老實說我對鰻魚不太懂 ㅎㅎ 不管是用什麼方式烤的，只要合我口味就好，鰻魚皮酥脆、裡面軟嫩多汁，一下子就吃光了。剛端上來的時候還擔心份量會不會有點少，但吃著吃著肚子漸漸飽了起來，以女生的食量來說半份剛剛好。

鰻魚下面鋪著淋了醬汁的飯和海苔，鹹淡剛剛好，從頭到尾都吃得很滿足。飯上放鰻魚再加一點芥末一起吃，是最棒的滋味。在日本沒吃到鰻魚蓋飯的遺憾一掃而空。鰻魚蓋飯很快就吃完了，接著來試試甜點。

## 甜點冰淇淋紅茶味與抹茶味二選一

甜點是冰淇淋，紅茶味和抹茶味二選一。因為第一次看到紅茶口味覺得很特別，就選了紅茶味。冰淇淋也用盤子精緻地端上來，讓人到最後都感覺被好好款待。我平常不太喜歡濃郁的紅茶味，但這個不會太濃、甜度剛剛好，冰淇淋也吃得很滿足。

如果想在宣陵站附近，一個人有氣氛地被好好款待用餐，推薦萬睦（만목）的鰻魚蓋飯。
