我每隔3個月就會全染一次頭髮，這樣勤勞地維持染髮已經第5年了呵呵。大概過了3個月，髮根就會長出來，顏色也漸漸褪掉，頭髮看起來變得邋遢，結果又要再染一次頭髮哈哈。

其實因為嫌在美容院坐太久很麻煩，會拖個一兩天🤣不過下週有個重要的約會，實在沒辦法再拖了呵呵，昨天終於去染髮回來了！那麼馬上開始這個熱騰騰的頭髮心得文（呵呵）吧！

剛好在蠶室新內附近有約會，斑駁的頭髮也差不多到了該整理的時候🤣因為是臨時決定要預約，就順便詢問是否可以當日預約，還好對方說可以，於是就跟Q設計師當日預約後前往了！

## 色卡一對一諮詢後，為什麼選灰棕霧面6號？

在Only For You蠶室新內店，施術前會與Q設計師一起看色卡進行一對一諮詢。我的頭髮髮根長了不少，而且整體顏色斑駁、又染得太亮了。

這是染髮前我的頭髮狀態😂在明亮的美容院裡拍照看起來狀況更嚴重了ㅠㅠ唉…

我跟設計師說我不喜歡染完之後頭髮泛紅，希望在降階的同時盡量不要看到紅色調，於是她在灰棕色系列裡也推薦了霧面6號！因為是考慮到我目前的髮質狀況和想要的感覺選出來的顏色，讓我更滿意💕

## 灰棕霧面6號全染的施作流程怎麼進行

塗染劑前，先用頭皮保護噴霧涼涼地噴了一輪～戴上耳罩後，俐落地塗上染劑！

施術過程中也細心地不時確認頭皮是否刺痛，讓我能夠很舒適地接受施術呵呵。

中途實習老師問我要喝什麼，我就請她幫我準備冰涼的南非國寶茶呵呵。冰涼的南非國寶茶加上小點心，讓我在染髮的整個過程中嘴巴都不無聊！

全部塗完染劑後大概要等30分鐘左右～把這張照片傳給男朋友看，他說看起來像星球外星人^^呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵🤣（雖然很無語但也很好笑…唉ㅠ）

## 按摩椅洗髮區的頭皮與身體按摩體驗

Only For You蠶室新內店的洗髮區座椅是按摩椅。塗完染劑30分鐘後做完色彩測試，被帶到洗髮區，結果椅子居然是按摩椅，讓我很驚訝😮

手法俐落地刷刷洗髮🫧泡泡泡泡～呵呵呵呵在髮際線抹上染劑去除液，實習老師幫我做頭皮按摩，手感真的超棒🫶

尤其是加上身體按摩之後，整個人放鬆躺著，變得昏昏欲睡😴明明是來染髮，卻覺得好像連按摩都好好體驗了一番呵呵呵呵呵。老實說洗完頭之後有點捨不得起來🤣（想再多躺一下下呵呵呵）

洗完頭雖然還沒吹乾，但我已經很喜歡這個顏色了呵呵呵，臉看起來也變得更亮了！

接著幫我把像海帶一樣濕答答的頭髮吹乾了～還很仔細地叮囑我，最近一段時間在穿淺色上衣之前，一定要把頭髮完全吹乾再穿！（+一定要用護髮素）

## 染前染後對比：無紅色調的降階髮色

吹髮完成後，我好奇前後對比，就請設計師幫我拍照呵呵。

染前染後真的差很多呵呵呵呵，剛好就是我想要的降階色調，呈現出無紅色調的灰棕色感覺，很喜歡🫶
