今天要來介紹我每次去鷺梁津都會順路光顧的最愛生魚片名店！又一次造訪的地角村（땅끝마을）❤️

做生意如果省食材成本就會倒閉！我每次去鷺梁津水產市場都會來這家鷺梁津生魚片名店地角村，因為吃過就知道他們給的量有多大方……真的沒辦法不來 哈哈

由黑鯛／大比目魚／大真鯛／鱸魚／鮭魚／冷凍藍鰭鮪魚組成，三個人吃份量也超級豐盛。

我最愛的藍鰭鮪魚和鮭魚……再加上黑鯛、大比目魚、大真鯛、鱸魚！！平常要花大錢才能吃到的魚種，竟然能透過高級生魚片組合一次吃到ㅠㅠ 我去的時候正逢煙火節季節，很多人在鷺梁津外帶。

## 厚度也能依喜好調整，我要求切厚

因為有預約，到達時間店家會現場處理食材，所以生魚片新鮮到彷彿還在活動一樣……

厚度也是事先講的話就會配合！我喜歡稍微厚一點的生魚片，所以他們也依照我的喜好切得很厚 哈哈

看到份量了吧……？這樣才10萬韓元，別的地方吃不到這個價錢！不只上層滿滿的，下層也堆得密密麻麻，芥末、醃蕗蕎、醋薑、蘿蔔苗都準備得很齊全。

馬上準備好醬油和醋醬，跟爸媽一起享用了 哈哈 當孝順女兒的感覺真爽快…… 跟爸爸還喝了一杯清酒～～❤️

## 從藍鰭鮪魚到黑鯛，味道如何

第一口當然要原味感受生魚片本身的味道！什麼都不沾直接吃。因為食材夠新鮮又切得大塊，一口咬下滿滿都是海的味道。

我最愛的還是藍鰭鮪魚……去專門的鮪魚店也吃不到幾片的藍鰭鮪魚，真心是我的最愛ㅠㅠ 配上醬油和芥末，入口即化。

鮭魚也看得出油脂滿滿的！！一入口油脂就爆開來 哈哈

吃生魚片時聽說一定要配蘿蔔苗吃！口感脆脆的黑鯛也超讚～適度的油脂和生魚片的口感都很有感覺，這個也超級配酒。

後面突然多了泡麵ㅋㅋㅋ 用生魚片代替飯，配著泡麵一起分著吃。

認真吃著生魚片，酒杯不知不覺就見底了。比起醋醬，我還是更喜歡能感受到生魚片甜味的醬油。10萬韓元的幸福……用5%折扣的話9萬5千韓元就能吃到！

我們三個人吃還稍微有剩。剩下的生魚片決定隔天做成生魚片蓋飯。

地角村的生魚片什麼時候吃都對！新鮮度真的不一樣，用拉鍊袋保存後隔天吃味道也一樣。

我最愛的鷺梁津水產市場生魚片店！可以外帶，2樓的初醬店也能內用。這次在地角村點了高級生魚片中份，果然不用多說，非常滿意。
