Gapyeong butcher shop barbecue meat: Ari Chuksan
Ari Chuksan is a butcher shop in Cheongpyeong, Gapyeong, where we bought pork neck and lamb shoulder rack for a pension barbecue. They sliced the pork neck to our requested thickness, and both meats cooked without any unpleasant odor; the lamb was especially tender and juicy.
