Yeongjong Chinese restaurant, rich jjamppong: Bongga Gyodong Banjeom
Bongga Gyodong Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Yeongjong, Incheon, where I had jajangmyeon, Gyodong jjamppong, and Chodang soft tofu jjamppong rice with my family. The broth was rich and pleasantly spicy to me, while the soft tofu softened its intensity without making it bland.
