Vietnamese restaurant in Suwon for crispy banh khot: Madam Hao
Madam Hao is a Hanoi-style Vietnamese restaurant near Ajou University in Suwon, Gyeonggi. I ordered bun cha and banh khot as a full spread with charcoal-grilled pork, herbs, nuoc mam sauce, rice paper, and lettuce. Verdict: the crispy banh khot and generous bun cha were a great reset for my appetite.
