Pohang ocean-view restaurant lunch: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant near Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk, where I had a relaxed weekday lunch with my father while looking out at the sea. The spicy beef chop steak, mushroom basil cream risotto, and mushroom black sesame salad worked well together, though most window seats were already reserved or occupied at opening time.
