Bongga Gyodong Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Yeongjong, Incheon, where I compared Gyodong jjamppong with Chodang soft tofu jjamppong rice. The rich, spicy broth and chewy house-made noodles stood out, while the softer tofu rice dish felt milder and more filling.
