HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm I used on a full-makeup day and on makeup swatches on my hand. It melted softly with body heat and felt less tightening after rinsing, though a trace of waterproof eyeliner and long-wearing tint remained.
