Geumjeong sushi restaurant with thick assorted sushi: Moshi Moshi
Moshi Moshi PNU Branch is a sushi restaurant in Geumjeong, Busan, one minute on foot from Pusan National University’s main gate. We ordered Assorted Sushi B and C, plus a homemade maesil (Korean green plum) ade, and my older friend said it was better than sushi she had eaten in Japan. Verdict: a satisfying spot for generously thick sushi and unforgettable soft tofu.
