Ichiba Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant on Jungang-ro in Yeongnang-dong, Sokcho. We had cold hiyashi chuka with red snow crab, spicy karai ramen, and a chashu rice bowl; the thin, slightly firm noodles were the highlight in both bowls.
