THE GIWA Apgujeong Main Branch is a Korean restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving lunch set meals and late-night outdoor drinks. I shared bossam, pork belly, and eel pot-rice sets with Jangsu Makgeolli and a truffle cheese shredded-potato pancake. The chewy, nutty pancake was the standout.
