HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm I used for my evening cleanse while my dehydrated yet oily skin felt sensitive. It removed my tinted lip product and makeup comfortably, leaving my skin feeling moisturized and smooth, though I plan to watch longer-term changes in blackheads and texture.
