Sijang Dakbokkeum is a chicken restaurant inside Yesan Market in Yesan, Chungnam. I ordered the shishito pepper chicken stir-fry with cheese and quail eggs to take back to Splas Resom, and it was still satisfying after reheating. Verdict: a generous, spicy chicken-and-beer pick for a Yesan trip.
