Yesan chicken restaurant with torched cheese: Sijang Dakbokkeum
Sijang Dakbokkeum is a chicken stir-fry restaurant in Yesan Market, Chungnam. On a family day trip to Yesan, we added cheese, shishito peppers, and quail eggs to the 2–3 serving dish, then packed up the leftovers. Verdict: the gentle heat of the shishito peppers and soft cheese made this a wonderful stop.
