Gwangsan Korean restaurant with three sundae-guk soups: Sinjuokmi
Sinjuokmi Suwan District branch is a Korean restaurant in Gwangsan, Gwangju, where I ate three styles of sundae-guk with my parents and added suyuk. The bracken fern and sanghwang mushroom broths each had their own character, and the ₩3,000 pork addition was generous and tender, though it was busy around 6:30 p.m.
